16.  ALBERT LEWIS3 HOARD (BERNETT2, HEZEKIAH1) was born Abt. 1857 in Indiana. He is the son of Bernett Hoard and Sarah Merrit.  He married EMELINE UNKNOWN.  She was born Abt. 1862 in Indiana.

Albert is identified as "Albert Lewis" on the 1860 US census (Lagrange Co., Ind.).  He is shown living in the household of John Merrit. Also, living in the Merrit household are  Sarah [Merrit] Hoard, Roanah Hoard, and Alfred "Lewis".

On the 1880 census for Muskegon, Mi., Sarah and Bernett Hoard are shown living in Albert's household;  they are recorded as "parents of Albert Hoard".
