3.  JOHN2 DELANO (PHILIPPE1) was born Abt. 1644 in Duxbury, MA, and died Bet. 1697 - 1759. He is the son of PHILIPPE DELANO and HESTER DEWSBERY.  He married MARY WESTON Abt.1679, daughter of EDMOND WESTON.  She was born Abt. 1659 in Duxbury, MA.

References to Mary's father, Edmund Weston, of Duxborough, Mass:

He came on the ship Elizabeth and Ann arriving in Boston, MA, in 1635.

Edmond Weston's Last Will and Testament, written about 18 April 1686 includes reference to his daughter Mary:

"unto my Daughter Mary Now the wife of John Delano My Bigest Pot & a Tract of Land where the sd Delanos house

Doth Stand according to the Bounds formerly agreed on & the Land that I had of him to Return to him againe"

Edmond's Will is witnessed by Edward Southworth and by Thomas Delano.

7.iii.      MARY WESTON DELANO, b. Abt. 1683, Duxbury, Plymouth Co., Mass; d. 29 Apr 1716, Dartmouth, Mass.
